Responsibilities:
As a Quality Engineer (Tester, Manual), you will be responsible for ensuring solution quality by executing manual tests against defined requirements, user stories, and expected behavior.
Your day-to-day activities will include designing test cases, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating closely with delivery teams to ensure reliable, user-ready releases.
You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Primarily responsible for Test Preparation and Execution activities and closely work with Test Lead in Test Planning.
Develop comprehensive test scenarios that cover all functional aspects of the solution to ensure thorough validation.
Analyze test results to identify patterns and potential areas for improvement in the testing process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing strategies and improve overall product quality.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by sharing insights and proposing innovative testing approaches.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation of testing activities to support transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Manual Testing with expert proficiency is required
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors or Associates degree
Intermediate proficiency in Quality Control QC
Advanced proficiency in Application Quality Analysis
Intermediate proficiency in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Testing
